I went to school every day so I could experience every class they offered and they were amazing in teaching them. Their teaching style is very dynamic and versatile. Darryl can show you 4 ways to do something and Kristi can show you 5 other ways to do something based on what works best for YOU. They do a great job of finding out how you as an individual learn, and use those tactics to teach you in the best way possible. My favorite thing about their teaching styles is not only do they thoroughly teach how to do something; they also tell you why you’re doing it that specific way so it makes even more sense to you. Another great thing about this school is the environment. After the first week, I already felt like we were all one big family at school. Darryl teaches at the pace you want to learn. If you are determined and have the time, you can go from no experience to audition ready in a couple months. If you have a busy schedule, they work around that and still get you audition ready at a brisk pace. I’ve taken many different types of classes throughout my life and I can confidently say D’s Dealing School was my favorite class I’ve taken. Now after taking 2 and a half months of classes, I’m dealing at Jamul Casino making more money than any bartending job I’ve had, and Loving my job at the same time!”
